    If it wasn't for all the rest Pop gave our stars during the regular season, we wouldn't be able to pull of games like this (bad scheduling and fresh opponent).

    Considering they did not really have enough time to prepare for the Jaz, it's a great win for the Spurs. The fourth quarter was kind of weak, lot of mental errors. I was really rooting for pop to put in Gino and Horry as much as possible.
    Now they have to take game 2 also and protect hca.

    Jerry Sloan thinks Jazz lost because they didn't try hard.

    He doesn't realize that Spurs were running on a half tank. With a full tank Spurs would have hammered them by 20 at least.

    Yes, the Spurs were tired. Both Gino and Tony were hitting the front of the rim on their free throws in the fourth.

    Yes, the Spurs were tired. Both Gino and Tony were hitting the front of the rim on their free throws in the fourth.
    Hopefully that will not be the case in game 2 because Utah is going to be better.
