    Damn, now that I think about it, who's a bigger jinx, lefty or Venti? At least lefty tries to jinx other teams who he doesn't like but Venti unintentional jinxes the teams he supports... Arsenal, the Lakers, Barca? This is a concerning matter as an Arsenal fan. Those other two teams I fully support the jinxing.

    Arsenal is done and UTD have a tall task against what I think is clearly a better team in RM.

    Very possible that only one team between La Liga and the BPL get through to the quarterfinals.

    Is the Bundesliga now at the top of the pile?

    Serie A?

    Or, is it (bad) luck of the draw for teams from what are arguably the two best leagues?

    I wouldn't say bad luck of the draw, it was just something that happened. Football isn't like the NBA where there best of 7 format pretty much guarantees that the better team advances, one bad night and you're out of the CL, World Cup, etc.

    In the long run maybe but you can't go out saying that the BPL and La Liga are weak because they don't get a team in the quarters one year.

    IMO, it's

    1st tier- La Liga, BPL
    2nd tier-(not that far behind) Bundesliga and lolItaly
    3rd-France
    4th-Portugal
    5th-Holland
    6th-The rest
