where are those Kings fans that were boasting earlier today?
Kings had a uva comeback from twelve down to tie it in the fourth on the road. Let's don't get too proud of ourselves, OK?
Hey, you got to toot your own horn sometimes. Besides I AM DAMN PROUD OF OUR SPURS
SAS 3 - 2 SAC
It's a damn good series so far, congrats on the win. No one from either side should be boasting about anything. Series is far from over.
the server is slow
king fans will still be here
the class ones anyhow
we need to keep the effort up. maybe the spurs have finally learned something this series, let's hope so. next game, please.
Good game to ya'll too NaS. Sometimes, you just gotta brag a little on the home team. Game 6 oughta be a good one
Yup. I smell a dynasty.![]()
This game reminded me of the Spurs-Suns matchup in last year's WCF, where the Spurs decided to allow Stoudemire and Nash to get theirs while keeping the others out of the game. I wasn't able to see the game, so I don't know what went on, so if anyone can tell me if that was the plan, that would make me happy in the pants.
is eva was at the game?
seems the same but with different results
Listening to Walter P. on the WOAI postgame - I couldn't agree more. We are right on on Offense, but where is that smothering Spurs Defense of the past? We need to pick it up a lot on D
Is Eva Was At The Game?
Yea, our local station got a few glimpse at her.
I love Manu, but I have to say that this is not one of his finest pics![]()
Manu has a "nose" for the basket.
I knew it! Good job Spurs!![]()
I am pleased to say that the Spurs in the last couple of minutes of the game did what they have been needing to do all series- take the ball inside and go at Brad Miller. Game over.
Tonight proved once again- it is about the turnovers. 1 turnover in the third quarter- big lead; 5 turnovers in the first half of the fourth quarter- lose big lead. Quit turning the ball over and force a couple of turnovers. Game over.
That was Jeff Vexler.Listening to Walter P. on the WOAI postgame - I couldn't agree more. We are right on on Offense, but where is that smothering Spurs Defense of the past? We need to pick it up a lot on D
The offense ISNT great.
The SPurs got quite complacent quite a few times.
Pop, no Ginobili and Duncan in the game at the same time? Very very bad idea.
The defense on these guys was good, they just made some tough ass shots.
Like the three by Bonzi to tie it at 91.
Parker was up in his freakin grill, he bagged it.
If the Spurs play that kind of D thursday, and Bonzi and Artest come back to earth a tad, the Spurs run away with game 6.
Ginobili finally got back to being agressive.
Parker's jumper is now 2 games in a row solid. HUGE jump shots made by Parker in that 4th quarter, it had to do wonders for him.
And Timmy was Timmy, just abusing Miller and THomas and whoever htey threw at him.
Great sight to see Timmy D DOMINATING the paint.
think in the latter half of the 4th, the Spurs started to get the hang of guarding Artest and Bonzi.
Bonzi and Artest forced some bad shots, while ARtest was forced baseline, but help came and he forced a bad shot.
If Pop could record that sequence, and show Bowen and Ginobili that over and over and over and over, it might pound into their head,
FORCE THEM BASELINE! NOT THE MIDDLE.
BTW, what is Joey Crawford Bonzi's now?
That was disgusting.
not playing defense for one....I'd like to hear the explanation for starting him and then benching him
Winning is never enough...He's not injured, Pop just has his head up his ass
God your a grumpy asshole.
