Funny little side note: My buddy/roommate came back to the apt just as the Rangers had made it 11-3 in the 5th. When it got to 11-4, I asked him if he thought the Rangers had any hope. He said no, so I asked him what the score needed to be and by what inning for him to believe the Rangers had a chance. His answer: 11-9 by the 7th. Needless to say he's looking at the TV with his mouth hanging open right now.

Good lawd, what a crazy game. Tomorrow starts a new month with September callups. Let's hope for a better month than August, which was a little too roller coaster-y for my taste.
Well, made it to September before the season was trashed. Good year, very productive, wish they could have finished better and made the playoffs.
Can't complain, the rangers did what they were supposed to: keep me entertained until Cowboys season starts.
This season was a big step foward, but let's just all be realistic and realize that it's over. Here's to next season being another big step forward
