This sort of garbage play reminds me of the mid 2000s Spurs. everything up in the first half, lock down on defense in the second half and take the game back.

If anyone know anyone who currently is at the game, text them, called them. Spurs need this crowd to push a win in 2nd half. My hometown team was pumped up today by crowd to fight through 13 point deficit and take a win forcing game 7. It is possible, but guys need extra energy brough by crowd.

For sure - there isn't any logic to this. What we are seeing is the "softer" side of basketball/sports/winning. It's mental. It's heart and confidence. It's hunger, as you mentioned before.The Spurs are on the ropes for sure. they may be on the mat with a 5 count right now.
Now we get to see if they have the ability to come back and make this some seriously good footage for the championship DVD.
There is no logical reason to pick the Spurs to turn this momentum train around; but as fans we get to hope for something big to happen.
