If the season ends today, the Spurs will get the 19th/20th pick for sure and somewhere between the 1st and 6th picks. Thats a good haul for a rebuilding season in which DJM made the All Stars and Thad Young. And a good haul out of the Derozan trade overall. (and by extension, the Nephew trade).
