Grim business. He tried to brazen it out. And you get scant good behavior time in Federal Prison. 1 day a month, isn't it?

Don't with gypsies, bikers, & the I.R.S.. And once somebody passes that point of no return with them, then, THEN, then they want to go back to just before passing said "point" and take the deal. No.

Yep. This goes to the koolaid part. I get it, you work hard, you're successful, you get taxed more, you don't like it. You think that since you made it, you always are going to make smart decisions. You stop listening.

Boatloads of money can not only corrupt, but also confuse even the smartest person.

This plays out far too often, from pro athletes to money managers, etc. You also get surrounded by vermin that want to leech from you and offer all sorts of temptations. Target is on your back.

Unless you surround yourself with the right people or manage to keep your feet on the ground, it all has a cost in the end.

I'm sure McAfee enjoyed his blunts and es, but I'm also pretty sure he didn't dream going this way, a loner inside a dark prison cell.
