here is another reason why every case is important;
For example- say trump gets convicted for the “smaller” ny case and it is a low level felony (tax evasion, campaign violation, etc) - and trump s will be howling that it was a “process crime” “political blah blah”
and trump attorneys will argue that trump is a person who has never even legally had a parking ticket blah blah
the court/judge/jury in this case will more than likely opt for a “no prison” sentence, maybe a 2 year probation etc,
then trump gets indicted on other cases- and in each one - when the case is at the end - unless outright acquitted- the prosecution will point to the ny case and make the argument that he is NOW a convicted felon who was given a light sentence and told to obey the law
now with the NEW conviction and the next and the next
each judge/jury will find it harder and harder and harder to NOT have the traitor imprisoned eventually
there are some things you can absolutely guarantee with trump without exception:
1) he will lie 24/7
2) he will commit crimes
3) he will never stop doing #1 and #2 above
