    Hairston has at least a few blocks of jump shots these past two games...defensively that means he's where he should be and has good lift.

    Hairston sounds like he's getting closer and closer to a roster spot. If he makes it, he'll be able to spend the next two years at Austin.

    Yes, but Hairston has a couple bad turnovers too.

    I thought Farmer had the edge because he could potentially be used earlier as a stop-gap until Manu returns. But Hairston is making a strong case for himself. If he makes the team, I think he'll go to Austin as soon as their camp opens.

    Not quite yet. He needs to work on his offensive game. Right now it's pretty primitive ... mostly because he played a lot of power forward in college. He needs to figure out how to thrive out on the perimeter.
