Vargas juiced or not was highly highly overrated himself. Chavez fights were worthless. JJL was on the decline. Gatti...ok I'll give you Gatti I guess.

I don't consider Gonzales or Hernandez big victories.

He ed himself in the o fight. Great fighters don't lay back.

JC Chaves was 97-1-1 and had won 7 straight going into the first Delahoya fight. He wasn't at his prime but I would not call it a worthless victory. JJL was only 29 when he fight Oscar as well.

Hernandez was a great champion in his day, he finished 38-2-1 and his only losses were to Oscar and Mayweather Jr, so I wouldn't call him a spare by any means.

Lennox Lewis did it 100 times over..

Did what 100 times over? Lewis knocked out more than his fair share of opponents. I don't recall him doing alot of "laying back" when he was ahead in a fight.

It was obvious DeLaChocha has been fighting exhibition fights for the last few years. Dude is finished as a compe or. and was a while ago.

Now this I will agree with. Oscar hasn't been a serious fighter since he lost to Hopkins in 2004. He had been living on name alone and that tailor made KO over Mayorga for the past 5 years.

JJL was not a megafight but it's not like he was a tomato can either...As I said before, Chavez was not in his prime but still a very good fighter and a world champion. Oscar's win over him (convincingly at that) deserves some respect...

Mother er was a flat out embrassment when he fought Holyfield. The 1st time as bad as that decision draw, was he had Evander standing in front of him 6th rd on, and what did Lewis do? Jab, Jab, Jab Lazy right hand, clinch hold on. Wash, rinse and repeat. The 2nd fight was maybe the most boring piece of i have ever seen. Same thing as the first one only with even less action, and Evander actually got off in that fight. Holyfield was easily 3 or 4 years past his best and Lewis didn't come close to getting rid of him. Oscar played it safe once, against Trinidad but he always brought it, before and after that fight..

Granted, not alot of big names on that list but he knocked out the people that were put in front of him the majority of the time. It's just a shame that Rid Bowe didn't have the balls to fight him, throwing his belt in the garbage instead. A fight against Foreman would have been nice but I really don't think George wanted any part of that.
