Yao Ming without a doubt, is probably the best big man in the league this year. He should be heavily considered for MVP and it's a shame he is not. He's led this team for the whole 82 games this season on the court and in spirit. His 19.6 points and 9.9 rebounds per game is quite impressive and has set his legacy in stone for a man of his stature. With all of his accolades if he were to suddenly die today without a doubt 1st ballot of hall of famer no questions asked. They would probably give him 4 rings just because.

I mean he carried the olympic torch for 's sake.

So because Yao averged 19.6 points and 10 rebounds this year, he's now a hall of famer?? You're serious that "the NBA would give him 4 rings just because." Sorry, but those rings must be earned. The NBA just doesn't give them away.
