I think Houston has it in the bag. Today was must-win for Portland and they went to the wire.
i think it'll be tough for portland to win in houston but if they split one of these upcoming games then its portlands to lose.

Tomorrow and thursday afternoon you'll hear from Phil: "This teams needs to learn how to finish off games" and Kobe and Odom are gonna say "We've learned from this passed game that we have to keep the foot on the pedal" and the Lakers are bound to do this again.
yup, a disturbing trend no doubt. Just imagine what the Lakers would look like if thy had their heads in the game for 48 minutes

How? They got major home cooking tonight, Aldrige couldn't miss and they still decided it in the last 2 minutes. I don't see it.

Props to the Jazz for making a game of it tonight when they could easily have folded. DWill is a badass.

I trust them more in the first round than I do Portland on the road against a good team

Nice 41 point first quarter, ass s. I just wish someone would start a, "Boozer is the softest, weakest, and biggest dong blower in the league!" thread so I could post in it.

    Because I would.

    Over.

    And over.

    p.s. I would have hot steamy man-sex w/ Dwill.

IMHO this game was telling of the series in general.

The Lakers played what I would consider a piss poor game and still led wire to wire. It's going to take an extraordinary effort from the Jazz and an absolutely mind boggling deplorable effort from the Lakers for the Jazz to steal one in LA.

This series will likely go 6 games like last time IMHO. Actually probably 5. I don't think LAL will lose Game 4.

Agree. Utah will almost certainly take Game 3, but L.A. will fight out a win in Game 4, completely break Utah's spirit, and blow them out back in L.A.

I do, however, hope the Jazz can prove me wrong.

The Lakers are a ridiculous offensive team & thats one of their problems. They always abuse teams in the 1st half & choose to play lazy & stupid in the 2nd half. I dont like the mentality that "we can just let teams back in the game & just win it in the end". Its all good, a win is a win but if they do go far into the playoffs & continue to do this i'll be pretty mad. D-WILL is a beast though man! This Utah team would be like 4th place in the East haha

The Lakers are in for a dog fight up in Utah, they'll probably play with a half ass effort like usual and Kobe will have to put on the cap and bail them out to steal a game up there.

What makes you so certain? What have the Jazz done in the last month besides suck monkey balls? That loss to... who was it, the Warriors, when they only had 7 guys dressed, and were fighting for the 6th seed, was all you need know about the Jazz. They have as much heart as an outhouse.

I really think that Utah could pull this series out, but not with that butt Boozer in the lineup/locker room/stadium/state/country/planet.

    Fakers in 4.

All LA did was take care of home court. As they say, a series doesn't start until the road team wins. All LA did was win their 2 home games. Now Utah has to do the same. Utah will win Games 3 and 4 at EnergySolutions Arena, steal Game 5 at Staples and close it out at home.
