Amare is not someone you can build around. Especially not with Nash on his way out.
The only thing (if this trade sticks) suns need in adition is to trade Nash for some nice young players.
I wish Phx would just come out and say yes or no.

Does this plan include firing Steve Nash back to ing Canada? Or better yet....since he wants to run n gun so bad, send him running all the way to back to NY or Portland.
Nash is running this team dude...Kerr ain't runnin .
Nash got Porter canned,Nash got Shaq shipped out, and now he's sending Amare packing too.
Yeah Shaq had to go for $21,000,000 reasons so I'm cool with that but lets not make the mistake of thinking that Kerr's little private meeting with Nashy in NY didn't go something like this:
-----------------------------------------
Kerr: "So Steve, what do you wanna do?"
Nashy: "I want to run run run. Shaq is slow, let 'em go."
Kerr: "But who's gonna rebound for us?"
Nashy: "We didn't rebound for 4 straight years under D'Antoni, we won alotta games...and it was FUN."
Kerr: "Well ok. We can always put Amare in the middle again."
Nashy: "Mehhhh...no. We're gonna need more guards, and a big man that doesn't want the ball."
Kerr: "Nash, you know you're 36 yrs old right? We've been the worst defensive team in the league since...well since you got here."
Nashy: "Come on...you & I both know that scoring a load of points sells tickets....
I'll only resign if we're gonna run like we used to boss. Its still my team."
Kerr: "Consider it done Mr MVP."
-------------------------------
Nash, no balls Kerr and most of all all the SUNS fans that are content with having an entertaining product on the floor and have no clue how to recognize the difference between a contender and a pretty pretender.
I'm getting very close to being this guy>>>>>:wgaf:
BTW can we get Azubuike involved in this deal please?...
As of right now our best defender is Jared Dudley, and our starting center is Robin friggin' Lopez .
mojo, you're not preaching to choir, you're preaching to the preacher. Sarver is so concerned with saving money, he should just fire Kerr and make Nash player/GM, he'll wind up making the same moves.
This is what drives me to the edge and makes me want to stop being a fan. This sounds ridiculous, but they're never going to win a le with this fanbase.
