    I think it's a tad better to let them all get their hopes up.... as if their run and gun could actually work this year only to lose the 8th seed in a late season loss to either the Lakers or Spurs. Then the Phoenix faithful can add to their legacy of "the league, refs, FO, and universe all conspire against us"

    I doubt the Lakers face the Suns in the upcoming playoffs. The Suns will probably get the 6th or 7th like DOK just said, and get eliminated by the Spurs in the 2nd round before they ever see LA.
