2010 fishing season thread

Haven't caught a bass since the Spurs went fishing.

I'd be in this if there was any good LMB fishing near San Antonio. All the poor people down here take home illegal bass and pretty much every body of water is over-fished and has hard pressure from it. Then the NW side of town has like no water and you have to drive 30 minutes just to fish a pond.

The bass fishing was really good down here when it was still early-mid spring. Now the hydrilla is like 20 feet long and all the still water is carpeted. San Antonio river might be good this time of year cause of that, hmm.....

anyone here ever heard of "noodling?" i saw mavs>spurs crazy indian ass do that once..dove under the water and came up with a 30 or 40 pound catfish on his arm..crazy

yes noodling is some hardcore catfishing. personally i wouldnt flail my hand around the bottom of murky water into holes and crevices unless i was dying of hunger.

Went kayak fishing this weekend. Saw reds everywhere short of tailing the water but could not get any to bite
