Thats your own definition. There are numerous commentators in both college and professional sports who label elite teams -those that have been elite for an extended period of time- as powerhouses regardless of championship status.No Powerhouse in the history of sports hasn't won a championship/super bowl/ stanley cup/ ring/ state championship/dog breeding trophy/ any item that shows you won it all. Mavs are no powerhouse, and ur right Cuban say so by playing mind games with the leauge by not winning a chip! What a strategy!!!
