I think the Spurs are ripe for pickings right off the bat. Then I think the series will just be body blow after body blow with our boys taking the le in game 7.

The Spurs and Piston are nearly identical in the structure of their teams and how they play.
They are both good defensive minded teams....but the edge IMHO goes to the Spurs with their depth.....and being better offensively.
Some are saying the Pistons are bigger upfront and deeper....lest we foget that we still have Rasho, TMass, GRob on the bench...that we can play on the Wallaces.
TMass IMO can match up well Ben as can Rasho plus they can rebound......Big Dog can play in spots and draw Ben out of the paint because he can shoot the "J" and that could help open the lane for TP, Manu, Beno, etc.
The games will all be close and there will be no blowouts......

Me too. But even with our great home record in the regular season, we do tend to drop a home game every now and then in the playoffs and I think game 1 might be the Pistons best shot.

You copied me exactly, except that you underbid me on Manu's points by 3 points. Oh great, if Manu gets 35, then you win because I have 37 and you have 34. Copycat!!! Nutrider!!!

Detroit is not consistent. Spurs are consistent. I know this is probably wishful thinking, but I do not see any reason we cannot sweep them in the Finals. Unless something terrible happens to Duncan or Ginobili, we should have no probelm.
GO SPURS GO!
