Well this just ruined my day, was hoping it was a troll thread when I saw the le. I've been reading this site for 5+ years and have to say there's only 3-5 people that I read every post they make, timvp is obviously one of them. I pretty much take everything he writes as fact and respect the out of what you and he have built here. Hope he gets better, please keep us updated

I've always respected LJ's basketball takes, as much or more than anyone else I've found in 15 years of following basketball. But beyond such trivial considerations, LJ and Kori have always just seemed like decent people.

Timvp is a great fan and is clearly knowledgeable about the game. Whenever I miss a spurs game I just read his game thoughts to get a vivid snapshot of what occurred during the game. There is only one time where I ever fought with Timvp and that was the argument we had about AJ's worth to the spurs. During our argument he was fighter and was relentless in propping up AJ so I have no doubt he is attacking his illness the same way. I'm optimistic he will overcome this.
