so i decided to get a Samsung GS2 Skyrocket, and I go in for the upgrade first thing this morning (as it came out today), and the stupid ing heads make an announcement after 30 minutes of waiting wondering what the is going on, saying there are technicial difficulties with the phones and that they werent connecting to the network, and will take our names/numbers and call us when its fixed in a couple hours so we can get our phones
the entire day passes, i call them wondering what the is going on, and find out that they forgot to order some ing 4G sim cards, and no stores in the entire city (Oklahoma, i was visiting for the weekend, so it figures those trailer trash gots would up majorly) had any. add to it, they were doing a special specifically in OKC selling it for only $150 (instead of $250), and now that im back in Dallas, i cant get that deal. WHAT THE ING
i intend to raise ing tomorrow morning with customer service over this bull .

Your OP is that your parents aren't renewing their contract and that you are going to have to jump on your wife's plan. I was assuming that she would be adding a line to her plan in order to facilitate it. This means that you are not upgrading, you are adding a line which, according to that website, will allow you to get the skyrocket for $75.
ah yeah i forgot to update, im keeping the original line. i got some strings pulled to get a nice discount.
