Do you have the Duramax?I like the simplicity and power of the Duramax. Great torque, and less moving parts to have go wrong.
It was a new engine when the 6.0L came out. I didn't want to be the Guinea pig for that engine. They all have issues however. If you maintain them well, have proper gauges and make a few modifications, they will last several hundred K miles.
