Yeah, I believe OKC is getting too much respect for beating the Lakers and the Mavs. If it were the Lakers of last year, then good, but they aren't. That's why what Dallas did to them last year was great. OKC matches up well with the Lakers. Not so much with us. I would really like to say Spurs in four but, what the , Spurs in four!

We can beat these guys. Screw a blowout, we just have to win by ONE point!

I don't know why people think this is going to be a sweep. OKC still has the best pure scorer in the game, one of the most athletic (though not the smartest) point guards in the game right now, and a smart, crafty play-maker and scorer coming in as the 6th man, not to mention plenty of defensive oriented players. Replace that pure scorer with the GOAT PF and it sounds as close as a Spurs team earlier in the decade than anything else that has come along.

Clearly they are nowhere near as defensive oriented as those earlier Spurs teams. Plus the difference between the impact Duncan had on those teams and the one Durant has on the Thunder are completely different since Duncan is more of a 2-way player. The point is, given the similarities between the two, I wouldn't dismiss the Thunder so casually.

I can't see the Spurs losing. Spurs in 6 at most. They have had the Thunders number the past few years, and always seem to have the mental edge.

I remember a game between the two teams (last season maybe?) where the Spurs won and Durant looked frustrated and confused as he was leaving he court. He couldn't/can't figure out a way to beat the veteran Spurs.

the thunder are a good team
sweeping them would be the biggest shock in nba
This and I don't see that happening. I'll say Spurs in 6.

The Thunder blew their opportunity for one tonight. Spurs turn the ball over, can't hit a three and miss free throws.

    They still win the game.
