None of this surprises me as most LEO's (not all) do not hone their skill with practice. I guarantee I shoot more rounds per month than 99% of LEO's, along with most criminals. I've heard the criminal vs LEO hit rate is somewhere around 70%/20%

If you don't believe me I challenge you to an LEO vs CHL bystander casualty contest. You find a CHL wounding a bystander, I'll raise you LEO's hitting more. I'll start with last years Empire State shooting.

It wasn't hers, girly man. It was mine. it was a flyer from shooting my .357 open sight three screw blackhawks at 50 yards at the target next to it. As for the hole off the target in the wood, If you notice this is my ing rifle range. That particular frame is my 100 yard frame and dozens of people have sighted in rifles/pistols in using that backstop.

Actually, calling these gots girly men is an insult to girls. My Mother, wife, both surviving sisters, and my daughter all have their CHL's and shot perfect scores on their tests.
