Naturally it should be reported if it is completely indecent and with an obviously underaged subject. But these kid were 16 years old, there was one naked woman there. Like others have mentioned it's nothing the kid had'nt seen before.... What business is it of the photo lab's? what business is it of anybodys? Dont attack me and make me sound like i think pedophiles should be allowed to run free.
