Here we see why these types of boards need a strong moderator. There will always be a handful who were pushed around as kids, never learned how to act in public due to breeding and once behind a computor screen try to take out their misery on others. Blake being the best example of that. I have raised a son and three daughters, wasn't really looking to raise anymore kids but it's real obvious this one needs guidance and somebody to steer him in the right direction. I ask that all of you bare with me on this, it will take some time.

I always tried to lead by example, not too much into talking about how to do something as I was showing them.

Must be some bugs with the new Toadyphone system.
All I had to do was mention creativity and look at what we find. Like I mentioned earlier if we can turn the negavity into a positive the sky is the limit here. We've been wasting the talent here for way too long, it's time to unleash.
