Yeah I believe completely your link. I'll ignore the fact that all births of all age have dramatically dropped. That one of the states with the biggest decline is Utah. I'll ignore that and just assume like you that it is sex ed. Sex ed also is the reason to the dramatical decline of crime. same schtick.
