aint no thang ... I remember when I got my first house. Not in one now because my job stats has not been as stable lately... but I know it is a great feeling. looking forward to settling somewhere long term and having a custom built one someday.

For sure. Mine was a semi-custom, so I got a lot of what I wanted. Wanted an existing home tbh, but the market in Austin is crazy right now so decided to go with a new build.
