You forgot...
Deuce
After crushing the Dallas Mavericks hopes of an upset, the Spurs now turn their sights on a more unfamiliar opponent.
Aside from some front office shenanigans and a few botched draft picks, it's been a long time since the Trailblazers have caused the Spurs any real grief. Most Spurs fan's lasting memory of the Blazers is the Memorial Day Miracle.
Still, it would be wise for the Spurs not to overlook this team. On paper, they look every bit your average pesky 6th seed, with a budding young superstar point and a sharpshooting All Star power forward. To make matters worse, the Trailblazers have played the Spurs as well as any other team has in recent years, and are the only team through 38 seasons that the Spurs don't have a winning record against (they are currently tied at 76 apiece, though the Spurs own the playoff edge at 10-5). The Blazers are going to come out trying to run and gun, so the Spurs will need to show up sharp.
Time for things to start getting serious.

Haven't been here in a while. Is Amuseddaysleeper still GDT-starter poison?
My man Amused started the Game 7 thread with Dallas tbh...the curse has been lifted IMO.
This series could be exactly what det dude Beli needs to get it together. He feasted against Portland this season, and the Spurs really need him to come alive if they want a solid chance at the big picture.
Beli and mills are only effective against certain teams.. if they are going to show up in the playoffs it better be this series especially when there is a bench advantage.
Only through confirmation bias. He's still am attention though![]()
I predict Spurs win 107-99.
So lovely
I thought something was wrong with their heads, but the image is just badly distorted
Spurs - 100
Blazers - 82
Spurs 98 Blazers 82
Excited - hopefully the Spurs don't dig themselves a big hole to start the game. Really interested to see any unique changes from POR (if any at all) based on what they did all season.
