It's really sad, nursing homes are full of guys like him. Families just get tired of listening to their bs and dump them. Unfortunately, the cheaper method is to just give them a computer---every hour the old coot is online is an hour the family is relieved of their suffering.

Dude, I was a running back/defensive back/kick returner/sprinter in high school, got into weight training for football, been into it ever since. I alternate body parts, working upper body M/W/F. Lower body and abs T/T/S, Sun-off.

Once again...it's incredibly easy to do something to verify it's you. Just say "ST" or "Avante" or something like that before you do the lift. The only legit reason someone who is 65 but claims to look like "they are in their 40's" and is in good enough shape to bench 400lbs would be hesitant to post a video or pic of himself is because that person is not in shape at all.
