Or you have never rationalized something you feel ty about and then realize this did not help, that you still feel guilty? So I'm gonna guess yes you have, but not luring someone to their death. The word luring implies a conscious effort.
(I guess you are in this Cop's head as he apparently attempted to lure her to her death; So he found out later she was suicidal and requested that she be held so she might off herself? Or maybe he radioed in off camera when he first pulled her over and the plan was set.)

You have no Earthly clue what this cop feels like. He could have been having a horrible day and now he might have extraordinarily ty days to come. But the cop with no conscience fits the bad guy good guy movie characters perfectly. It's nice to definitively know who wears the black hat.
Yes, when I was a child. When I became a man I put away childish things.

    pg? He's a monster.

This whole anti-cop agenda in the media is just so the left can eventually ramrod the federalization of police into law, BTW:

    http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/...al_police.html

If you think local and state police are violent and corrupt, just wait until the federal government gets a full monopoly over law enforcement.

For the same reason a person can be held accountable for a person's suicide due to bullying that occurred over a period of time. It doesn't have be right before the act of suicide occurs.
... except they're cops, almost 100% immune from accountability.

It falls more on the jail personnel who know she had tried to commit suicide previously, but the cop will probably be on the hook for a stupid arrest.
She also told the jail personnel she was fine.

"Waller County Sheriff Glenn Smith said Wednesday that two jailers interviewed Sandra Bland after her arrest. He said the 28-year-old black woman from Illinois told the second interviewer that she was not depressed but was upset about her arrest, which occurred following a confrontation with a white officer who stopped her for a minor traffic violation.

The sheriff said both jailers who spoke with Bland insisted that she appeared fine when being booked on a charge of assaulting a public servant.
Do ents filled out for Bland indicate she had previously attempted suicide after losing a baby. But the booking papers released Wednesday also indicate Bland did not have suicidal thoughts at the time of her arrest and that neither the arresting officer nor anyone else at the jail believed she was at risk."

The question is on the form for a reason.

This jail did not follow procedure. She should not have been left in a cell alone for 90 minutes at all. Regular officers are not qualified to make the psych eval if that suicide question is answered in the affirmative.

I don't care what race they were. And I already said the cop was a and out of line you stupid . I'm not spinning a thing and find it utterly stupid to blame her suicide on an arrest.

No one would expect you to ever hold anyone in law enforcement responsible for anything remotely bad.

Upon analysis, it quickly confirms something Bland herself states later to the officer—the only reason she changed lanes, which the officer claimed was his rationale for pulling her over, was so that she could get out of the way for his patrol car.

As you will see below, when Sandra Bland turns onto University Drive, she gets a significant distance away from Officer Encinia, who was driving in the opposite direction, but made a sudden U-turn and mashed on the gas to catch up to Bland's vehicle. His speed is evident as he barrels down the road, which has a speed limit of 20 mph.

Bland, clearly not wanting to be in his way, simply changes lanes, but does so without using her turn signal. He puts on his lights immediately.

    See it for yourself below

    before her right turn,
she ran the stop sign. Did the cop mention that as why he u-turned chase her?

Haven't had the opportunity to have a miscarriage yet, but I did recently have to put my two dogs down within a month and was devastated. Even with all the guns in my house I somehow managed to not kill myself. Shrug.

Funny how it's a "baby" now, but it's nothing but a collection of tissue when Planned Parenthood is selling them.
