Well when you tear something it doesn't untear...you can go without surgery but it will still be the same and likely get worse. Definitely not career ending and it just depends where in the season the injury occurs whether it's season ending. Doubt they wouldn't do surgery on their star player. Thus the reason for panic. The only people I know that don't get surgery just can't afford it.

Idiot, when you have a bruise, it means there is bleeding underneath the SKIN which is "internal bleeding". When you have deep bruise, it means there is bleeding underneath the MUSCLE which is ALSO "internal bleeding".

You might have internal bleeding in your rectum b/c you just got butt ed w/ no Vaseline.
