Disagree. He fed off KY and LA. Tony said as much. He also responded perfectly
Give it up, pussycat. Just man up and take the L like a man.

Definitely wasn't hating on Kawhi. He's the franchise face. It is what it is. Tony had to show up one of these games.
Stud performance by Parker. But will he do it again in this series?
That's the question at this stage of his career.
Why do Spursfans hate on players like they are against eachother tbh??!? Both are Spurs and I root for a team...
The Spurs are at their best when Parker is playing like that tbh
Kawhi was the man of the game by a mile tbh but those 19 from tp cam handy to help a decisive win on the road
If the best player on the team is going to garner the criticism and ugly headlines after a bad game/loss then it's likely he's going to get the praise after a win. Especially when he puts up 31 and 11. Let's not act like Leonard put up empty stats. In the 4th quarter alone he scored a game high 13 points on 3-4 shooting and hit all 6 fts. He did have a stupid turnover but came back and grabbed a huge and decisive offensive rebound. He was shaky at times but he more than performed in the clutch too.
And that's not taking anything away from Parker. After a shaky start and friendly conversation with Pop on the bench, he was on point. He was hitting the glass, distributing the ball, and hitting key shots. He's garnering plenty of praise for his performance and rightly so.
For THIS game, LMA fell from Olympus to Mount Rushmore, where he was joined by Tony and Kawhi. Hitting a couple of very clutch 3s and playing masterful defense, Danny belongs up there, too. With contributions from a couple of others, the TEAM won. That's how teams do it.
Great game for Tony, the great thing is that he nailed the shots that the defense gave him, but never forced the issue, if he shoots 40% of his shots that are open he is a plus.
And vice versa
It's fun to ruffle feathers and argue. The extremists (you hurt my feelings people) take it too far, then they cry about "hate" and "trolls." It's the way of the world now. Only a matter of time before lawsuit filed for "hating on X..."
I disagree with this. KL is turning into a black hole on the perimeter. For all the crap the board gives tp for dribble dribble dribble, we aren't seeing much more from KL. The difference is KL pulls up, where TP takes it to the rack.
Espn had a Tony Parker article. Cool your player fan jets.
I would not doubt it man.
Player fans and trolls. This has been going strong since Manu versus TP fans in the 2000's
Back then it was a lot of their loyal countrymen fans who just despised the other and were really just mainly fans of their guy (Not all but some), now it's far worse than ever with peopleIf you wear a Spurs uni I am hoping you do well and we win the game, not the opposite to run to a board and post this guy did not show up and tout the other player who played well that game (I am more pissed at the loss). I know it's been going on that long, sadly.
had a thread saying the same thing before mods took it down.
TP is an integral piece. He just doens't shine openly like he did before.
You have your main pieces in Duncan, LMA, Kiwi, but guys like Gino and TP are your trump cards, matchup exploitation extraordinaire.
This brand of basketball is fap worthy .
wtf did I just get unbolded after like 9 yrs....
w.e
Will he have another 19/8/5 game? Probably not...he might not take 14 shots again in this series. Will he have another 12 assist game? Maybe not. But will he do his job and finish the series with more than twice as many assists as anyone else on the team? Looks like it.
The problem with the expectations for Tony on this forum is that they change based on what he does in any single game. If he scores 20, you want 20 every game. If he dishes 10 assists, you want it every game. If he shoots 60% from the field, you want it every game. If he grabs 8 boards, you want it every game. If he hits 3 threes, you want it every game. And the moment he doesn't come through on any one of those, he takes criticism from people who can't understand what normal expectations for a guy playing 25 minutes a game are.
Good point. Agree on the Manu take. A lot of bandwagons on here with no clue of the Spurs past
If he can pull this off in 4 games against GS, we might have a chance.
That was already sealed son.![]()
Another solid game for TP, tbh..one of the only players to show up tonight..
Hopefully the Spurs didn't waste a good TP performance..he probably won't have to do as much in game 5, though, as I'm sure Homedridge will show up once he has his pillows and blankey..
