Are you suggesting I have the burden of proof that not enforcing the law has repercussions on case by case basis?

If the kids were born in Mexico too, would it be ok to send them back? Is it not ok to send any illegal aliens back? Should we not have a border?

You're obviously not fine with enforcing the law. You want exceptions based sob story.

I'm asking for the repercussions. I don't know how else to ask you for your list of reprercussions. I'm not sure why you're struggling with this request.

Yes, if whole family sneaked over, yes send them all back. Yes, it is okay to send illegal aliens back. I'm okay with a border and border patrol.

I'm okay with enforcing the law. I want to change this ridiculous law.

You gonna answer my question now

So you want the repercussions of not enforcing the laws on a case by case basis, like I said. That's not a reasonable demand. If you think there are no repercussions, why are you for enforcing laws?

If you sneak in an plant a garden on someone's property, you don't suddenly become a farmer. You are still illegal and you have to leave, but your crops can stay. She should have stayed out when she was deported the 1st time. Then she compounds the issue by driving without a license. If she rear ends someone, she has no insurance. She's breaking several laws, but that's ok for you because she has kids.

So whomever sneaks over can be sent back. She snuck over, she has to go back. They can go with her or stay here. Not an issue, family separate all the time. They knew it was coming, did nothing about it. 17 years to file for something, anything... nada.

You play this like a moral issue, but turns out you're only concerned about the American citizens. So what's the issue? She's not an American citizen. Who cares what her relationship is to American citizens. Plenty citizens have non-citizen relatives, do they all get free pass?

    Your position is indefensible.

I think it's a reasonable request to ask the repercussions of letting this woman stay.

Either you're terrified of a Mexican mother in Ohio or you're just sticking to a ridiculous blanket principle just for the sake of being an Internet tough guy.

Right because a non-citizen cousin is the same as a non-citizen mother.

I'm really asking, what's the big deal here?

Lemme know when you have that list of dangerous repercussions of letting this woman stay ready, tough guy.

overstaying a visa is not a criminal matter, it's civil. border crossing/unlawful entry is criminal.

Blake are you familiar with the concept: 'Justice is Blind'? The statue with the two scales and the blindfold? It has nothing to do with being terrified; it's about enforcing the law.

What? She's not being punished, she's being sent where she came from. That's corrective, not punitive. She'll be free to go anywhere else, even Canada or another country.

Yeah...can't really deport a mom who has kids over here.

Here's what needs to happen. They make her pick one of her kids to send back. And switch her status to citizen and that kid's to illegal.
Chances are one of her kids was going to grow up to be worthless anyway. She'll probably have a good idea which one.

You hit the nail on the head with this paragraph.

The fact of the matter is re s like this are pure s and entirely selfish. Why is everybody ignoring that? They know there's a risk of deportation, yet they still knowingly break the law when there's a strong chance they'll leave their kids hanging out to dry. But they keep having more mini s and expect a pity party when they're finally caught. The fact that she's already been caught, leaves me feeling absolutely zero remorse when maybe I had .000001 micrograms of remorse when I first read the story. Nobody made her out all those turds.

For whatever reason, especially in ghetto be@ner culture, they always make ty decisions and then play the " but Muh Kids!! " get out of jail free card for every scenario. Their kids are always "precious angels" and we're supposed to excuse the crime just because. I don't understand that brainlet line of thinking. That you can have kid after kid and then knowingly put their lives at risk just seems so ed to me that I can't even see what the opposing argument is. Blakeold's argument that we should just fine them and let them stay here is setting a weird, spineless precedent for trespassing. With that at ude, it's no surprise Jamal came over uncontested DET fateful day, tee hee

[edge] Bottom line is you trespassed, so you need to get the out. Shouldn't have had kids but you're too self-centered so now they have to pay the price too. Sucks to suck, but they probably would have ended up in prison anyway with such a ty upbringing [/edge]

Adultery is against the law in New York, so Trump should have been put in jail each time he committed adultery there, right?

people who overstay visas are also illegal immigrants. even saying illegal, specifically, doesn't make that distinction

    It's a done deal already.

They are all Mexicans. Dad has a permit to be in the US, mom is a Mexican citizen. The kids got however many years of US taxpayer subsidized healthcare and education and likely food as well. The gravy train runs out. They can all reconnoiter in Mexico, it's not like they are being executed.

It's a law. You're talking about enforcing all the laws on the books.

Do you want this law enforced or not?
