Dang what the heck CWebb.
He was legit shook for most of the game. You can tell that the negativity really got to him. Still shot well but he really wasn't in a good rhythm all night. Guess it's a lot tougher to play in big moments when you don't have Pop, Timmy or Manu to hold your hand tbh
I wouldn't be surprised if Leonard was sheltered during the whole affair and legit didn't know how badly he came off.. Could totally imagine a scenario where Dennis and the rest of the posse withheld a ton of information from him while they went out and sprayed their all over the media. No NBA player really wants to be a villain. Lebron ran back to Cleveland to get that stain off his record. Durant's pretty much gone cuckoo over the last few years. Leonard is no different.
Way to shake those burritos off.
A never before seen / to be seen for the last 20 and next 20 years?
Now that the Spurs are good again, Pop is back to being a I see.
This is the same guy that asked the Spurs fans to act with "kindness and respect"?![]()
Pops schtick has worn on me. The same guy who says he likes players that " have gotten over themselves" , when he clearly hasn't.
Uncle Dennis and the team will feel better again after Clippers offer them 5% of the franchise.
the traitor chant was the cherry on top.
The dude was just the ing worst....Webber used no context in the whole situation.
I couldn't help but think he was told to defend Kawhi, no one could be that stupid, it was flat out embarrassing on his part....to the point I had to mute it for a bit
Crowd was pretty tame (though good) all things considered. One can only imagine how Hemisfair would’ve treated him back in the day.
