Didn't Lakers magically move up when they got Lonzo as well?
And who actually ensures this isn't rigged?
Suns weren’t tanking tbh. We were just that bad, especially having no point guard.

Nba can take its touch fouls and its New Orleans #1 draft picks and shove it all up their ass such a pity Zion's career will never get started... Oh well
This is so ing rigged lmao
Knicks not getting Zion changes the entire dynamic of free agency re: Kyrie & Durant
I dont love this draft either in fact i hated the Kat one tatum one etc ..all wwrre overrated tbh
But stll rather have the 4th pick than 10-12
Im happy your trolling wont work here its been sanwich after sanwich even a ham & cheese sounds good right now
Nice shirt DMC

how is it rigged? wouldn't it make more sense for the NBA to gift the #1 pick and most exciting prospect in a long time to the biggest market in the country?
It's rigged because they do it in the backroom. Televise the ping pong balls. Give us full transparency.
Every team sends a rep to witness it so there are no shenanigans. Are you saying that they're ALL in on it?
It could be rigged, but it doesn't help your argument since the Pelicans got him. Why would Silver help the Pelicans it doesn't make sense.
Lakers tampered with Pelicans/Davis. Instead of Pelicans going full scorched earth on the league office, the NBA is making amends granting them the #1 pick.
It’s pretty ing simple. 6% chance of landing it to begin with
There's a lottery conspiracy theory literally every year![]()
Yes because Silver hates the Lakers and New York which are the biggest markets in the US. So they had a 6% chance vs 14% chance, why don't you go back and look at the past 20 years and see how many teams that had a 14% chance of landing the 1 pick got them before you start talking about conspiracy theories .
The Pelicans getting Zion probably makes it easier to trade AD.
Suns, Cavs, Knicks, Hawks & Bulls, had an aggregate 70%+ for 1st pick and none of those teams got the 1st or 2nd pick.
I can't believe the Cavs picked 5th and Suns 6th.
They had a 6% chance and the best odds were teams with 14%. I think some of you guys are going full conspiracy theory when it just doesn't exist.
If you think the NBA wants Zion to go to New Orleans
Exactly, New Orleans the epic center for the NBA.
The odds of the Pelicans, Knicks, Lakers, and Grizzlies being in the top 4 (any order in the top 4) was 3.24%.
You are right this is rigged. I wonder how much the Pelicans paid Silver to get Zion.![]()
I’ve always said that. Like a crackhead one tooth pac man
Absolutely - getting 4 is MASSIVE. Might not be enough for AD but definitely helps trade packages
