I could argue that point differential has a stronger correlation to projected record than current record does, but frankly this early in the season, you could pull a number out of your ass and it would be just about as good.
Mine is based on the fact that they are 8-1. They are on pace to win 72.8888888 and a bunch of eights and other numbers.
