Just as annoying as beating the good teams and then losing to the bottom dwellers.
    Facts bro!!

Spurs attempted 114 shots while the Clippers attempted 88. is hilarious.

67 rebounds and 23 being offensive is pretty nuts too.

Spurs offensive rebounds, 23. Clippers, 9.

Total rebounds, Clips 50; Spurs 75. We destroyed them on the boards. That always helps.

Another interesting stat. Seven players came off the bench, and all together they played a total of 92 minutes. They had 0 turnovers.

Where are you getting 75 and 50 rebounds from?

ESPN is showing 67 and 43.

Underrated aspect of the game: DJ's handles were really tight tonight. He took great care of the ball, and even Paul George, known for his on-ball defense, couldn't get a single steal on him tonight (just a deflection on a pass). That's noteworthy, moreso than the trip-dub, IMO.

The game has really slowed down on Dejaunte. You can see in his poise like almost toying with his defender

It's been fun watching Murray develop and making good on the talent many of us knew was in him. Feel good for him.

after the loss to SAC i was really pissed ... but again the team responded ... always nice to beat the Clips and good to see Landale had a better impact than last game.

what has happened to Vassell's 3 point shot though?

Man I don’t know what to make of this team. I can’t get a good feel for them. Games that I’m like pretty sure will be a loss end up being wins so then the “gimmee” games I’m like okay as long as we play decent we should win but then we don’t even come close. It’s frustrating but I know we’re simply not good enough…yet.

but the flashes of potential are most definitely showing.

based on what I’ve seen so far, 1 player can change this team around from what they are to a legit contender. But Idk what player that would be. But if I had to choose a position we would need that player to be I would say a 3/4 position.

Very excited to see him develop his game even further. I don’t think he’s done getting better.

the beautiful game is most definitely starting to rear its head on a lot of possessions for this team.

i love tracking their assist numbers and their points in the paint.

Leading the league in both currently. Murray has low key become one of the best PnR playmakers in the game and this is without even having a consistent 3 point shot and great spacing from the other shooters.

Crazy how 3 games separates the Spurs being the sixth seed or the worst team in the Western Conference.

Man, if only spurs can keep this level of focus when playing teams in the "play-in" hunt - nice wins under there belt against decent squads, but also some stinkers in there too to the likes of OKC, SAC, NO, and MN.

I do think that if Spurs didnt go without Jakob for that brutal stretch, this team would be closer to .500

Very Jekyll and Hyde with this team, beat the Warriors, Jazz, Bucks, Celtics, and have a close game with the Suns and then lose to a short-handed Hornets, Kings, etc.

My bold prediction: we either lose or win this one but one thing is for certain, there won't be any ties.
Boston sucks this year, while Hornets are a good and zesty squad.
