I blame the coaching more than the GM. The GM is trying to get Pop the players he wants, and Pop still doesn't place enough importance on shooting.

It's Pops ego... He knows ppl say he can't win without shooting and he doesn't want to do the conventional thing that makes sense because to him it will be him giving in to what ppl say he should do
.. he is trying to prove he is different and unique... A genius coach that can win without doing the thing other ppl think is smart... That's y he took out Tim Duncan on the final defensive play of a finals clincher
