I've dated countless sweetheart latina women, from Hispanic Americans to legit Mexican nationals and I'm pretty sure I've been romantically involved with more Brazilian hunnies than American. So having had a somewhat enriching experience with the Latin ladies, I have never found them to be anything but incredibly sweet, warm, and delicious. And no at ude whatsoever. She sounds high maintenance but the right thing to do would be to gather your thoughts, wait until she came back into the dining area, then tell her in an honest manner that you two just don't seem to be communicating well so let's enjoy the lunch and keep things on a professional acquaintance level. Then finish the lunch and give her a ride back so that she isn't inconvenienced. This is respectful and it shows that you are respectable, by normal definition.
Oh, and one more thing...be sure to tell Hertz to clean out the rental car better next time you ask for a Lexus.
