I apologize to the team for missing practice. I was really looking forward to coming. Here is why I missed:
Last night I was about to go to bed at approximately 7 a.m. However, instead of going to bed, I decided I would go ahead and stay up the whole day and get some cleaning and other tasks taken care of, then go to softball and basketball practice and go to sleep early. Ideally I would have been back on schedule instead of my late sleeping nights because I have to get up at 5:40 a.m. to go to my temporary job. Well, unfortunately, shortly after the heads up, No limit Hold 'Em championship on NBC, I drifted asleep watching TV. I woke up at 6:50. There was really nothing I could do after that, but go to my basketball practice late. Again, I apologize. I would have really liked to have played.
I was so happy Ted Forrest won the Heads Up Tourney, I like that guy.
And it's cool, Kris, I know you're good for it. As well as Matthew and Mandy. Hopefully next time we can situate positions.

I hate to rain on your parade, but i was recently informed that you all were out using my facilities without the proper paperwork. If it is reported that you have practiced on my fields with out the proper skills and authorization you will be fined. I advise you to put in a request at City Hall and wait the 30 days to see if you're approved.

I don't know but man Batman sure can hit and field the ball pretty well he was all over the field until he hurt his knee
We paid for the permit.
Again, if at all possible we need a girl at first base, a girl at second base, a girl catching, and a girl pitching. Next practice we need to get one of the girls to practice pitching as hard as all get out.

Ugh! My back, shoulders and arms are so sore from yesterdays softball practice.

How come? (On the first part) I'm just curious.
I was sore last night, but I feel fine this morning.
I remember him saying it's better to have as many guys in the outfield as possible because that's where a lot of the balls are hit. And also because a lot of the balls aren't hit to the right side of the infield.
Sounds reasonable.

And I'm still marvelling at the wide array of colors from the middle of my thumb to about 1/4 down the inside of my forearm...that was one vicious grounder!
It looks terrible, but fortunately it doesn't hurt like it did last night ... and I can move it now, so that's good.

Most, if not all, of us haven't played in years. So, this is expected. We'll be good with some more practice. :LOL
I haven't played in years but I think we all looked pretty good yesterday. Each one of us has something to bring to the team so we really are gonna be a great team
Coed, you have to have boy girl boy girl, batting and positions.
TheTruth is currently playing at Ancira with HEB 360 and says that is not true, if I heard him correctly.
