Cmon, the Terry technical foul was easy to see.

The foul was called at the top of the key. Let me repeat. At the top of the key. Nash is at the basket and Terry swipes hard, not even touching the ball.

No way you can even say he was trying to stop nash from scoring, because no way would that even be considered for a 3point play.

You know you're a homer when you defend a play like that.
As much as Terry said he was going for the ball on TV, he went right for the nuts... again...

Hahahaha - this is hilarious. If TD shot more than 15% FT, he would be averaging 40 points a game. Give me these numbers on TD also. Give me the numbers on TD without the illegal hand swipe.

And a Spurs fan talking about floppers....good stuff. Manu and Tony probably stay after pratice to perfect their flopping technique. Maybe the Spurs should trade for Raja to get an All-Flop team. And then get Nash to pair with Tim for an All-Palms-Up-I've-Never-Fouled-In-My-Career team.
    Get a clue.

well it was clear stackhouse had much more to say than that. the officiating is way too inconsistent. i don't care if they tech people for cussing as long as they do it to the letter with everyone.
maybe stackhouse wasnt cussing at the refs, maybe only he was trying to make his case. Although im not a fan of complaining to the ref just take the foul and move on.

How about Terry having a hissy fit on one call against him where he laid on the floor like a little kid. That warranted a tech since he was showing up the refs. Also Stackhouse displayed close to the same behavior except he did not lay on the floor and no tech was called on him either. Just wish the ref's would call it fairly and just let the players play. These playoff games this year have been the worse officiating I have seen in a long time. Not just in this series either.

The rules clearly state that use of certain language results in an automatic Technical. There's no room for interpretation there, no room for "just let them play." What if he said something along those lines?

Again, you have absolutely no clue what he said. None whatsoever. Nor do I. But the difference is I'm not claiming a technical was the "correct" call necessarily--I'm merely deferring to the refs. Neither you or I or anybody else here will ever know if it was truly warranted. Keep acting like you know something you don't, though. It definitely makes you sound enlightened.
It's not like Bell said "go yourself."

Did you catch D'antoni continously say "call it bothways" He was reffering to the fact the marion was shoved the play before but nothing was called. Therefore the T must have been about the foul. Do you get it now. That's why D'antoni get the suns' second T.

Answer me this, Did the Bell foul warrant a T.

I've already given my answer--I DONT KNOW.

But neither do you. The difference is you're acting like you know something that you don't, something that none of us know. You weren't on the court, you weren't even at the game. How do you know he didn't say "Go yourself"?

Get off your high horse. And maybe stop chewing so ferociously on those sour grapes, while you're at it.

Is this a Spurs board? I think a few of us were a bit thrown off by the fact that at least 1/2 of the threads are about the Mavs, the Suns, the refs in the Mavs-Suns series, Cuban, or some combination of the above.

Stupid ass whiners. First of all lets go back to the Spurs Mavs series, where you guys about Dirk getting so many FT's. Lets gets some facts here, Dirk had attempted 80 FT's(shot 73-80) in the series, and here is the good part Tim Duncan had 90 FT's(shot 66-90). I wonder who attempted more FT's?(HMM) Now listen up guys, the difference is by 10 points, BUT about 70% of those FT's came on three point plays, while Dirks mostly came from shooting two; now tell me who really got more calls on their behalves a LOT more. Sit down, shut up and get your ing ass off this subject.

Now, you can't and whine because your team is fishing, so you come and attack us again with your moronic thoughts that there is some kind of conspiracy for us to win. Bell's T was a correct call, if you didn't noticed, he pushed off while the OPPosing player was still in the air, and a whistle was already blown, so there was no reason for him to even touch him. You whining es only point out calls on the Mavs way, if you didn't watch the whole game, the only reason why the Suns came back in the second qtr was because on bogus calls on who ever was guarding Nash(look I'm crying like you guys) for the entire qtr. Oh yeah, it's also funny how you guys don't mention the T on Terry when he was reaching and swiping for the ball, which truly was not a Tech, unlike the Bell one(which you guys of course don't believe happened or won't accept it). That play gave them 3 points, The Tech on them gave us 4 points; oh ing wow that sure made the difference in the game.

Dirk having 50 points and 12 rebounds had nothing to do with us winning the game by your stupid standards right? AND every call he gets is never a foul right? AND Mark is paying the refs right ( )? AND you guys aren’t whining es right? AND these questions aren’t rhetorical questions right?

I am trying to find a reason for the technical. I don't know about what goes through the ref's mind. I'm obviously trying to find the answer to a question that can't be answered. I just want to watch a game where a zebra's initials aren't written on it. That is impossible these days.

Which is good that the refs write their initials or TD would foul out for the handswipe in the 2nd quarter of every game. I am still reviewing the tape of Game 1 against the Spurs for all the BS calls on Diop.

Spurs fans can't whine but Mavs fans can whine about whining. Right.

Anyways they should dump those 200 year old officials and get a damn robot to do it or something. I'm tired of refs in every game with dumb calls and no-calls for every team.
