The only thing you're owning son, is your uncanny ability to prove how stupid you are with every post you make.

Either way, I'm done with you, idiocy can be contagious and I've been exposed to your's long enough

I think it's a little closed minded to just say that he committed a crime and can be arrested regardless of another countries laws.

I mean could you imagine if someone from Mexico came into the United States, assumed the functions of local law enforcement and detained someone, and then attempted to illegally extradite them to another country?

Dog did all that and also fled the jurisdiction without the permission of the presiding judge.

Even according to US Law a bounty hunter cannot pursue a fugitive across international borders, and as such was not a bounty hunter when he entered Mexico and essentially kidnapped Luster.

And to say that people have been able to enter Mexico and kidnap people without repercussions would be totally wrong.

The difference is your 12 year old sister would never laugh about someone losing a child like you did with Anna Nicole.

The ed up thing in this situation is that the US Marshals actually turned Dog over to the Federales. WTF? Dog went and got them one of their most wanted, and this is how he gets repaid?

    That's bull .

That's right, only Mexican police and Army soldiers are allowed to kidnap people without repercussions

As for the Dog/kidnapping lame ass argument you're making, I didn't see the US turn away Dog's 'catch', Andrew Luster.

    'Nuff said.

This is bull what the Marshals did.

Of course they didn't turn him away, he was arrested and legally deported back to the US.

They posted bail but never returned to Puerto Villarta for their court hearing on July 15, 2003.
I just don't get why Dog, etc. didn't go to their hearing. If they did, then this wouldn't have happened, right?

Why are we extraditing people to Mexico when they don't extradite with us? I don't understand that one bit.

Sucks for Dog, but I'm sure he can throw money at the problem and it'll go away. In fact, I'll bet thats why this is happening. Someone down there figured they could get some cash out of this.

It might have something to do with the time that US DEA Officers went into Mexico and kidnapped a fugitive without filling for extradition or notifying Mexican authorities, I think the US is still trying to make up for that and Mexico is still pissed...

That is a terrible analogy. Could you imagine the U.S. not cooperating with the Mexican government in attempt to apprehend a violent and dangerous criminal? The U.S. isn't in the habit of knowingly letting serial rapists roam free?

If the U.S. was ever as crooked and incompentent as the Mexican government is and allowed this rapist to continue on freely after he fled here from Mexico, I would hope that they would come and apprehend their rapist and get out of my country. Your analogy sucks ass because U.S. authorities would never allow a violent criminal to use their country as a refuge from justice.

That would require catching the piece of first, you know hunting him down, like what a bounty hunter does.

So you think that they should have taken their sweet ass time and tried to go through the proper channels of a ridiculously corrupt and unorganized government while a serial rapist roams free?

Given the cir stances, you don't think that it would be a better idea for the Mexican authorities to just look the other way on this one? The bounty hunter did that country a favor as far as I'm concerned, he tracked down a serial rapist and took him out of their country. Something their authorities were less than qualified to do obviously.
    I agree

I think its funny that the idiot got arrested for doing the exact same thing he arrest people for. You'd think he would know better huh?

Anyways, its stupid the US helped Mexico, when they dont help us. Maybe they're trying to show them they'll do it if they return the favor later.

In the United States, there are serious consequences when one pushes back against the wealthy oligarchy.
