That by far was not Michigan's best game of the year. You may look at the points and think so, but all around it was not.
Michigan did not play its best; deciding to pass it on 3rd and short was a dumb call by the coach, and henne threw some errant passes, the defense gave up mad yards to that young chinstrapping rb too

Michigan's loss put it at #3 in the USA Today poll, 16 polling points behind USC

Mich lost their chance to prove something big.
They don't deserve a rematch.
Besides, I need USC to go to the BCS le game to guarantee the Buckeyes cover their +600 odds to win the BCS le game. That should be a blowout win for the Bucks.
OSU might win, but they won't blow out USC. Nobody blows out USC.
...this is true. i don't recall USC ever being blown out of any game after 2000. i think their worst loss since 2001 was by 7 points, but i could be wrong.
IMO if, IF, USC does go they very well may be dbl digit dogs by kickoff.
That is how good OSU is this yr.
could be, and i have no problem being the underdog. that would be quite a change from the past years...almost refreshing.
...plus, i would take that bet and not think twice. no way ohio state beats USC by double digits.
What about the year ('02?) that Nebraska got their asses kicked by Colorado and didn't even win their division, let alone the Big 12?To play for a National Championship should you at least be a conference Champion?
Nah, a 4pt win by UCLA does the trick just as a 40pt blowout would.![]()
If Florida wins somebody is going to be pissed.
Michigan and Florida both have an argument to be there.
