He has talent and potential, but Amare did more than hes doing a couple years ago. I think it was a smart move to hang on to him, even though they need a point guard. There will be a good FA pool and a deep draft. Choose wisely Lakers. Who knows they may be a lottery team.

I dont see what the big deal is about with Bynum. He hasn't done jack.
I was watching Bynum tonight. He gets up and down the court pretty well, he's focused and has good court awareness. He's come a long ways in two years, imo. He appears to be taking on some of Kareem's very serious-minded at ude and conservative temperament. What a great opportunity for the kid; from posting his likes/dislikes in a very public MySpace to getting coached by the greatest center ever in two years, WOW.

2 months ago I would have never predicted the Lakers at 40-40

so now it's like "what's this?they still haven't clinched?? Go Clips!! Go Warriors!"

I knew Smush wasn't an NBA player after a game last year against them. We won in LA with Finley and Manu making five threes each. When interviewed after the game, the reporter asked him about it and he said that the three point shooting of "Finley and...Rick Barry" gave them problems.

That, my friends, is someone who is just frighteningly too stupid and unaware to be on an NBA court. Not only does he confuse Manu with Brent, but he confuses Brent with his dad. Doesn't strike me as a guy who pays a lot of attention in the film room, to scouting reports, or on the bench.

Yeah, that sounds pretty oblivious or stupid. You don't even have to be a player paying attention to game film, scouting reports, any avid fan wouldn't make that kind of mistake.

Then again, that Smush didn't sound too bright when word got out about his little tiff with Phil Jackson. Shocked that Phil would even consider not starting him every game
