And why would Kori allow WOAI to dictate what she does, if they don't pay to keep her site going? The Bottom-line is the NBA got smart and figured they can't stop the www or youtube so they acted as though they now have permission.
As much crap as Kori puts up with dealing with Spurs and the fans, you would think they could find a spot for her on one of the river barges.

Anyway, I repeated a thousand times here that I was asked by people with the NBA not to allow game video here, so we didn't. It didn't have much to do with press passes, it had to do with people asking me not to do it and me agreeing. (Though you should ask SpursReport how they got theirs taken away years ago and never got them back.)

Unfairness is something I never get over, and neither should you. Grow a backbone one day and stand up for yourself. You should really look into what the word fair really means. The problem is, moderators at ST don't really get what fairness means, if they did, they would still have thier jobs
So then why would they care about a website that is independently owned? I have been to over 25 websites in the last 3 years that still to this day have not removed any youtube links. I don't get why they have a target on your back.

When was the last time they told folks to post at SpursTalk on the radio? When was the last time anyone from the Spurs organization went to a gtg? seems to me they are taking advatage of you and is waving that golden ticket (press pass) over your head like some sort of dog treat and you need to roll over to get it. Two people from the NBA asked me not to post video or LINKS to authorized video here ... that was five years ago - I didn't even have a press pass then. And I agreed, and made it a rule here. It was one rule that I had here and for some reason it bothered you a lot. Just like tomorrow I can make a rule that says no one can have an "Y" in their user name and that would the rule. It was my rule.

It isn't one person - it's the whole media department that issues press passes - but the rule here didn't have much to do with press passes. It had to do with me deciding to agree to have a rule here about it.

I understand that they got their press passes revoked for posting links to game video. But that doesn't have much to do with me. My press pass isn't through SpursTalk. It's through my employers - the websites and newspapers I write for.

None of that has to do with SpursTalk. I don't have a press pass through SpursTalk. I didn't have a rule about video because of press passes. I had it because I agreed to have it.

You need to write a synposis (brief summary) of the movie and pitch it to agents. Then the agent will decide if they want to represent you and if they do, they will pitch the story to movie studios, finance people, whoever else might want to make the movie.
Then if those people want you to make it, they'll pay you to write the rest of the script.
So the first thing you need to do is write a synposis of the story. If you don't want to do the actual writing yourself, they you team up with a screen writer (I think a couple people here have experience writing screenplays). I don't have this kind of experience.
And you tell them the story and they do the actual writing part. You make a contract with the person that you are a writing team so that they don't steal your idea.
Once you have the synposis written, then you start contacting agents to see if they are willing to represent you.

I will try to help you find a ghostwriter. I don't have script writing experience, which is much different than other writing, so I honestly wouldn't do you any good. I'll check around and see if I can find someone trustworthy, who can maybe write the script for you if you tell them the whole story.

Everyone on the www wants a down payment of 30,000.00 Dollars to ghost write the books. I don't get how these homeless people and young kids from Harlem get all these books and Movie deals, who's s did they suck, and how can I get in line?
I'm going to have to challenge Kori on the whole "press passes" thing. There is no reason to have that rule if there were no threat from the NBA or Spurs organization. Every other NBA-related website I've been to allows posts to youtube links. Why is that? It's because they don't have press passes. Kori needs to admit that is why she enforced the rule.
