Being that I live on the border, Indio is very easy to find. If its legal i would gladly ship some up to you. (of course from your wallet). Dirt cheap when you bring it from Mexico and pretty expensive on this side.
Has anyone Tried INDIO, its bottled in Mexico but not sure if I can buy it here. Its really damn good. Lee anywhere in Austin that has a good variety of beer that isnt a bar of course. I know of one place down south.

lee, right now my circuit consists of the GABF every October and the Craft Brewers Conference every April (next year in San Diego, which is becoming one of the best places in America for beer, IMO, if it isn't that already). The CBC is more of a seminar/learning conference, but a conference full of the best brewers in the world is obviously full of great beer.
It really is great to get out and meet like-minded folks and make good contacts, not to mention drink their beer!
Thanks for the best of luck wishes!

Chimay and Maredsous are my two favorite brands of postsummer 2007.
I highly suggest both to everyone.
Man, 1 Chimay Blue a day, that's how I roll.
i get the messages on beeradvocate for the different festivals and always wish i could go.
did you try the bernardus abt 12 yet?
I was this close to going to the GABF... scheduling a guys' trip next year with some fellow homebrewers.

LOL...
I bought it once just because of the label. I didn't care for it much, but the stuff sure is potent!
again... id have to say the best beer is yo momma.
yo momma is actually like a fine wine... the older the age... the better.
Dixie Cup this weekend?
Tried it too, it was horrible, strong, but horrible.
That looks like fun but I have to be elsewhere this weekend.
You going? Did you enter anything?
No, but my brewer will be there. I've never been, but I hear it is a good time.
do they sell chimay at HeB? for now, my favorite has to be tucher hefe weissen, although i can't find it anywhere anymore.
I just got back from the coolest place just over the PA/DE border.
It's a warehouse of booze called Total Wine. It's the only place I can find any Shiner product around. I got to stock up on Bock and Hefeweizen and for the first time I get to try the blonde, 98 and Kolsch.
There's a place a few miles from me called the Victory brewing company that have some really good stuff. I got some of the Hop Devil ale and Golden Monkey.
most of the ones in austin do.
i just had some negra tonight at a wedding downtown.........WOW...good stuff. i'm gonna go get some more.
