Yep...that interception just capped off the "perfect" night.
It just said everything with that.

thanks, Colts.
with that, I'm heading home. Night all.
That simulating the snap call on the Colts was bunk.
Still, it's nice to see Manning throw 6 INTs.
What a cluster.
Norv should be run right here and now. Take his selector AJ with him.
this game played out about as great as I could imagine.
Peyton plays horrible, SD plays horrible, and Traitor Vinatieri misses an easy one at the end.
neither team looks impressive. i would rather Indy won this game but seeing that traitor piece of miss the easy one made my day.
nearly blew a 23 point lead. obviously they were incredible at the start of the game but they didn't keep it up. part of it may have been the incompetence of the offense, and the D getting tired out from having to do all the work on that team.
As opposed to getting their asses handed to them for three quarters and relying on their offense to dig them out of the whole they dug for themselves?
I give the Colts defense more props for keeping them in the game early when the Chargers could have been up as much as 35-0 after Peyton repeatedly gave the Chargers a short field with all of those picks.
They only gave up 1 defensive TD and that occurred after the Chargers only had to go about 35 yards. Otherwise, they picked off one pass and held the Chargers to a FG on another short field series.
The Chargers did play some great D, but were more bend than break in the second half.
I'm not worried too much about the Colts. This is the type of loss that could wake them up and make them more focused later on like last year after they hit some bumps in the road after a strong start.
what the are you talking about? do you even know what goddamn game is being discussed? this is why your stupid ass needs to stay in the Quattro.
Idiot, you were talking trash about the SD defense giving it up down the stretch. I just brought up the fact that your defense got lit up and needed Brady to bail them out.
What's so hard to understand??
You need help understanding?
Do I have to read it aloud to you??
Do I have to show pictures along with the text?
If you're going to dish out, you better be ready for it to be dished right back you pansy assed .
first off, the New England Patriots were completely irrelevant to the discussion but somehow you found a way to shoehorn them in. Your obsession with me is ing incredible.
I didn't "trash" the San Diego defense, I simply stated a fact - they nearly blew a 23 point lead. HOW THE IS THAT TRASHING THEM? I also pointed out that it might not even be the defense's fault because Philip Rivers was so godawful that Indy dominated T.O.P. and the SD defense was probably too tired to put up much of a fight in the 4th quarter. I even described the Chargers Defense as being "incredible" at the start of the game but apparently you can't ing read you re ed piece of . So, again, where the am I "trashing" the San Diego defense? I doubt even TSA would think I was "trashing" their defense you stupid ass mother er.
As far as New England's defense getting "lit up"......HOW IN THE is giving up only 20 points to the Colts being "lit up"? Then you mentioned getting lit up for 3 quarters....well head they only gave up 13 points in 3 quarters against the Colts. I'll take that ANY ING DAY. You've gotta be a ing idiot to not be happy with allowing only 20 points to the Colts, especially when you're the Patriots and Indy is about 10000000000000x more motivated to play you than any other team in the league.
And if anything, it was NE's solid defense in the 2nd half that bailed out the Patriots because they kept the team in the game long enough for Brady & the offense to finally break out in the 4th quarter.
Like I said, you're the biggest ing idiot that posts in the NFL Forum, you have no clue what the you're talking about ever, and you seriously need to just ing leave so that I don't have to take time to blow your got ass up like this constantly. I hope I wasn't too hard on you this time, I'd hate for you to be on another suicide watch.
Damn, I THOUGHT THE NINERS OFFENSE WAS HORRIBLE! The Chargers could sure use Drew Brees right about now.
hahahah colt fans are all wack
change your team to the pats, like now!
WAHHAHA
Norv is a . I hope Cower can somehow be brought in next year because this talented Charger team doesn't believe in their current headcoach.
What a shock. Who could have ever predicted that would happen?
I liked nov but his play calling last night in second half sucked
you do what got you the lead and you go to lt
lt sets everything up
when chargers do that they are fine
nov tries to go away from that then they look terrible
manny's face at the end of the game was awesome
the announcers were soooooooo ing stupid last night
the colts should have went for it on 4 down and they would have gotten the ball back if their d stopped the chargers to go for the win
stupid coaching and stupid announcer
Posting the same thing on seperate threads?
The coaches (Dungy) did the right thing. The announcers (Madden) said the right thing.
Some how, I think that two Super Bowl winning coaches know a bit more about football than you ever will in 1,000 lifetimes.
Colts got supremely jewed by the inadvertent whistle on Sessions' 95 yard INT return, the booth review of the ball spot, and the simulated snap call. Good thing for the Colts is that their next two games are against the Chiefs and Falcons, and they have games against Houston, Baltimore, Oakland, and Jacksonville on the schedule. The only question mark game in my opinion is the ans at home for Week 17, but we already beat them on the road.
You could blame Peyton or Vinatieri for this loss, but I blame Dungy. His timeout strategy sucked, he wasted one TO just to at the officials, and he shouldn't have tried to draw SD offsides at the end and just kicked the FG. Oh the irony that Indy gets moved back 5 yards and Vinatieri barely misses the FG. Both teams played like , the real scoreboard should read SD Special Teams 2, IND Special Teams 0.
