Udoka will start to play at least half a game (good! He's been the best of the non-Big 3 during January), we will really miss Brent (he is essential to the second unit), and we'll probably lose one of the games I've pegged as a win leaving us at 5-4 for the trip.

Just like last year's 4-4 inconclusive rodeo trip, I don't think this year will tell us where the season is headed. We'll have to wait until after all-star break for that.

It will take more than memories of past Rodeo Road Trips to tip the scales in favor of a winning record on the trip this year.

I picked the losses in Utah and Seattle correctly but lost what appeared to be a no-brainer (Suns) in a very ugly game where the Spurs were lucky. Anyone out there better than 2-1 in picks so far?

I'm now 4 right and 2 wrong. By all rights, we should have lost to Phoenix and I bet we'd lose the Washington game because it was a back to back. Oh well. I'm glad we're ahead of where I thought we'd be at this point.

If the Spurs had just had their heads out of their butts they would be 5-1 on this trip and tied in the loss column with first place in the WEST.
