yeah. That's my favorite Metallica song and they did it well. The rest of the album is hit (Three of a PErfect Pair) and Miss (Cemetary Gates.)

But covers, they made Colors, which has a good argument for best metal album ever made.

It's the Red Hot Chili Peppers covering the Beach Boys btw....it's amazing because they actually pull of the Beach Boys harmonies....including the Brian Wilson part. Who in the knew the Chili Peppers could pull that one off?

Check out "Tear" on the By The Way album for some pretty Beach Boys-esque harmonies... They've always had incredible melodic instincts, and now that Kiedis isn't trying to rap as much anymore, I think they're 100% better.

Pretty impressive. I ahve seen them in a couple guitar mags but unfortunately did not give them the time of the day. I'll have to go back and re read those articles.

I actually couldn't stand either of these originals, but thought the "covers" were pretty creative.
