B-O-N-N-E-R!
And by the way, why all the hate?
could be a blessing in disguise, could royally screw our playoff chances... c'est la vie!
B-O-N-N-E-R!
And by the way, why all the hate?
actually timvp started it![]()
Right back atcha sunshine.
no he pulled the groin against suns
he might have been tired or playing less aggressive not to get hurt
If I was Pop I woulnd't play him until the playoffs starts or a game before maybe for a little bit- groin injuries are kind of special if treated incorrectly.
these are the kind of injuries you as a player can see coming. You don't get injured right away you start to feel your muscles a little more tired and tight and then the inevitable happens.
that is why pop was a fool playing manu over 30 minutes a game
and why manu should never start
This sucks, but I am actually not too concerned. He can rest up for the playoffs. And Manu usually comes back on a tear from injury.
Oh and by "tear" I mean other playoff opponents. Not his own ligaments or anything.
He should had rest for a couple of games before getting injured
La puta que lo remil pario !! ... english translation =![]()
So Bad News!!!
Manu, Please Get Well Soon!!!
Coincidentally, I have this Manu figurine that I was rubbing as part of a ritual at one point either before or during the game. I'd like to think the injury was just a coincidence.
i worried about his over-use leading to fatigue, but it's tough to link a pull or strain to his PT or starting.
No Manu then this team is ed!
he will play probably in sunday's game he is a warrior
And why the do the Spurs need to duck MAVS?! yall the champs ...
I could see this happening. Others step up big.
No question about it. If Manu is not feeling completely healed by Sunday I'd sit him for the LA game and for the two games after that. If this was a very minor injury, as all reports seem to indicate, then play him.
If you are a glass half full type of person, to look at this in a good light you can think:
1) After playing a lot more minutes than past years and carrying a larger than usual share, it's good for Manu to get some rest before the playoffs.
2) If Barry comes back before the end of the regular season, this will allow him to get minutes.
3) It'll force Duncan and Parker to up their level of play before the playoffs.
Of course, this is assuming that the injury is relatively minor and shouldn't affect him after some rest.
HCA should be easier to steal this season than ever before. Two games on the floor of your opponent to start a series when the teams are all so evenly matched almost becomes an advantage.
I won't fret. He's Manu Ginobili, he's the ultimate compe or, injury won't stop him. He'll heal, be well rested and explode, to give us the win when its playoff time.
I'm praying for him and I know God will give Manu good health and strength come playoff time and that he'll allow Manu to help and be the biggest factor that will give SAS the championship. I believe.
guys do you think that the Spurs sans Manu are > Rox without Yao? i was going to start a thread about it but since we dunno who we will be facing until the last game.... thought more appropriate posting it here...
