I want to be the first to tank Kori for adding a Broom to her signature that may be the jinx the Spurs needed!

Ps: you know where you can put that broom now!
Now again, I am not a SPURS fan, but why would you brag about not being swept?

    HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

What a loser, there is a defining moment in everty series, a few years back it was Derek Fish's .4 shot.........and in this series, there is little question it was TD's 3 pointer?

They will win, history alone says you wont be here shortly...

Enjoy the 40 mil you have to pay Snaq, wait until he has to guard Andrew Bynum or Greg O from Portland, he will spend the off season drinking Choc Shakes and eating burgers(his well known weakness) and he will just be huffing and puffing into a tarnished retirement...

I am a new guy here, but not new to the Spurs. Spurs fans, tell me how far off track I am here. Pop and D'Antoni have a lot of respect for each other and are friends. I heard D'Antoni talk about having to win game 4 to keep there pride. Spurs embarrassed the out of them on their home court in game 3. I saw the Spurs lay down in game 4 and let the Suns keep their pride on their home court. Why not throw them a bone and let them win one to save face at home in front of their fans. Normally, when the Spurs are playing that bad, you will see Pop very pissed off on the sidelines. I didn't see Pop get too excited at all. Pop also benched his starters early when they still had a chance to catch up. It wouldn't have been the first time the Spurs had come back from a double digit point deficit. Tim said now they can come home and win at home. I think that was the plan all along. Why not complete the series in front of your fans? Am I wrong or does this sound reasonable?

Anything is possible, so your thought could be true.
But on the same thought of anything being possible, if you're the Spurs you have every reason to end this series as soon as possible. I would think that the Spurs health for the long run would be more important to Pop than letting the Suns save face. And if you give them one who's to say they won't get another one from the confidence boost winning gave them? I think the Spurs came out bad and the game got away from them fast. I don't think Pop gave the Suns one. As far as closing it out on their home floor, that's nice but again, you close a team out any chance you get. You don't risk waiting for home.

I've always said that the Spurs will win in 6 and I still think it will go that way.

The Suns now have a faint glimmer of hope that they can still win this series...which will only make their ultimate defeat in Game 5 even more devastating.

Then why didn't Pop play the starters in the 4th? If you wanted to finish them off asap, why would you give them the game with a full quarter left?

The Spurs were not going to win this game. They couldn't cut into the lead through the 3rd. Keeping the starters safe on the bench was the right choice.

I'm not saying that it wasn't the right choice, I'm just saying that I didn't see the Spurs wanting to win this game.

Nash is the dirtiest player in the NBA.

Why is it necessary for him to lick his palms before taking his free throw shots?

You all don't get it. The suns are the best when it comes to scoring.

    It's obvious.

Ball+Hoop=Win! The suns do that, they will win all 7 games left! Idiot Suns fans..i mean Spurs fans.

I don't care about a sweep - I just want the Spurs to win the series which I still fully believe they will.
I told my hubby earlier today that I was kinda hoping we would lose today ~ don't throw tomatoes! I know we could use the rest, but I feel the Dallas/NO matchup might go 6 games, and I would so much rather the Spurs lose a game in the 1st round rather than the 2nd. Spurs in 5.
So, I'm not totally unhappy with this game if it ends in a loss but I do think we are trying to hard and trying too hard does affect how one plays the game.

You are over confident over a single victory, while we're still positively sure the Spurs got this series wrapped up.
